JFF, a national non-profit, accelerates the alignment and transformation of the American workforce and education systems to ensure access to economic advancement for all. Under new branding, streamlined communications strategy, and a biennial national summit, JFF continues to be a national thought leader and intermediary.

  • Oversee all graphic designers (both temporary and permanent), set design standards for communications department, provide professional development opportunities, spearhead marketing best practices lunch-and-learns, expand designer responsibilities and expectations as appropriate for professional growth, and manage project priorities, work distribution and work-flow across team. Primary company contact for external vendors used for design, branding and marketing content creation.
  • Partner and key advisor to executive team for new branding initiative for company as well as for new conference hosted by company. Team lead on overall brand direction and design, marketing goals and techniques, branding and visual guidelines, visual language, key messaging, brand consistency and best practices.
  • Designed new presentation templates for entire organization, as well as new content templates for various departments to facilitate optimized and expedited content creation, rolled out new design techniques to optimize processes within the design team. Organized, cataloged and curated digital assets and photography for use across the entire organization to increase overall productivity and quality, as well as brand uniformity.
